Legacy from Past (Visionaire Studio Jam #2) [Juanjo & The Mechanism]

Hi there!!

I have a little surprise... my collaboration with Andy (aka The Mechanism) for Visionare Studio Jam #2 is now available for download:

It's a very short game made in 7 days so you will find bugs and grammatical errors for sure, hahaha.

Story:
A missing scientist, an ancient mystery to be unveiled. Can you solve it?

It's like a escape room and a short adventure of mystery and exploration in first person, here some images:







I have taken care of all the graphic section and Andy of the programming. I used old models modifying textures (to save time) and others created them from scratch.

It was stressful but rewarding, enjoy!

Wow, I saw this on Facebook this morning, it was a true surprise. I didn't know that you were working on this guys. Congrats!! How did you find the time for it?

Why you sneaky little @$%! You mentioned a secret project when we spoke yesterday but I certainly didn't expect this! Downloading now... I'll be back!

Wow ! I wonder how you've obtained such incredible graphics. This game is so wonderful made that I've been surprised when it stopped suddenly : I've forgot it was a gamejam project ^^ I hope you'll finish it : it would be a pity if a good project like this one stayed as gamejam project only ^_^

Unity in Visionaire?

WOW! I didn't expect this reaction, hahaha, I'm very surprised and grateful.

Well, sorry for not saying anything, this project has been something strange... as winners of the first jam we felt a bit forced to participate in this second jam, but as always, a small idea was growing and growing until reaching what you see...

It has been very hard because we have worked mainly at night for a week without stopping... and although there are many things that we would have liked to do better, we are quite happy with the result.

This project was born as a little experience for the jam, so we don't know if it will become something bigger... you never know.

Regarding the graphic section, the rendering of the scenes is done with Unity (for modeling I used my usual tools: 3DS MAX, Quixel Suite, Photoshop...) and the composition was done by Andy (aka The Magician, hehehe) in Visionaire. The result is interesting...

Thank you all for your support and comments, and sorry for not having been very active, I was traveling, you know.

I think that maybe I could try to participate in the next VS jam. Maybe with Yaz? I won't have the time to create something if I'm alone on the project.

There has not been a lot of information about your games on the group, and I didn't see any request about voting, so you could have posted something without hesitation
Don't hesitate next time! I usually don't know what to post on the group every day and I take things from here and there. It is for inspiration but we can use it for us too!

Regarding the End is Nigh, it's strange I think I had already seen this game before somewhere else, as if it was not a new creation?
