Welcome to The Icehouse Weekly Riddles!

We're aware that in these moments of confinement, boredom and cunning are two very dangerous enemies  
That is why we want to help keep our minds busy with this initiative!

Let's solve riddles!  
Every Monday we will post a new riddle and you will have exactly 1 week to solve it. We will use Discord and the forum to discuss this initiative and you can also send your riddles (riddles, puzzles, pictures, minigames, etc...). Below you have the rules that explain everything, if you have any questions you can ask right here (Discord channel and forum thread).

We hope that this initiative will help you in these difficult times and remember: #StayAtHome  

The game:

• Every week a new riddle will be published (on Monday).
  
• This event has no prize, it is just for fun.
  
• The winner of the previous riddle can post the next riddle (or decline the offer, and then a riddle will be chosen by Members in our database).
  
• We can talk about the riddles here or on Discord, but it is not allowed to give clues and answers (see disqualification below)
  

Rules:

• No hints will be given unless the organizers consider it appropriate (please don't ask for hints).
  
• If the riddle is not solved by anyone it will continue until someone solves it.
  
• The correct solution to the riddles will be released publicly on Mondays, as well as the winners (can be more than one).
  
• You can discuss the riddles on the Discord channel and in the forum, but not to discuss the solutions unless the organizers specify so.
  
• You will have to send your solution in a specific form through a new URL given every week.
  

Sending new riddles:

• The riddles have to be of medium/high difficulty.
  
• The creation of riddles is open to anyone who belongs to the Icehouse collective, so if you want to collaborate you can send yout riddles through this form. If you have any question, please, PM in Discord to Juanjo (aka Vairon).
  
• Use this form to send new riddles.
  

Disqualification:

• As a participant, you cannot give hints neither in Discord nor in the forum. If you do, you can be disqualified. *
  
• As a riddle creator, your solution should be kept secret until the correct solution is made public. If you make your solution public you can be disqualified.
  

* Some riddles may require the collaboration of all participants, but will be specified by the organizers.

Riddle week # 8 ??

Everyone, the high priests of the riddles have spoken!
Thanks for your participation to the Icehouse Weekly Riddles during the past few weeks. It's been fun during the covid quarantine to have this game as a way to get close to each others. Now that the crisis is getting to an end in our European countries, we will pause the riddles in order to take a break. To be honest we are a bit disappointed that there has not been more participants, and that the winners have not sent new riddles every week, so we are a little tired of trying to do everything on our own. Don't misunderstand it: we don't blame anyone, we are all busy and have more or less interest in the Icehouse initiatives (so we are not surprised that things turned out like that). But because we need to keep our forces, for the moment we prefer to stop the riddles game. Hopefully it will only be temporary and they might be back later? Both me and Juanjo are tired for various reasons, so we can't manage this event and find ourselves the new riddles to post every week in the current times. We hope that you understand and that you won't be too sad! You can of course continue to submit new riddles with the form (for the future, just in case, if you have some ideas...)
